It’s the 10 year anniversary of the Aussie Overlanders Expedition driving from Sydney to London, around Australia and across Africa.

To mark the occasion we have collated a book of our story.  Including the fastidious preparations, building our home on wheels, hitting the road, and of course, all the highs and lows as we took on the challenge of driving from Sydney to London, across the guts of Africa.

We have mostly collated this book for our children (yes, we have kids now!) – but we thought all our incredible crew who shared the journey with us might be interested too.

It’s a fun walk down memory lane. An adventurous… gravel… unsealed memory lane. With epic stories of crossing borders, being charged by elephants, witnessing shootings in Egypt, that robbery in Dalhousie springs, living in sync with the rise and fall of the sun and so much more.

Not only do we share our stories and preparations, but we also share our magazine articles and guide notes. Plus, never before seen photos 🙂 

Our intent in sharing our story is that it might spark a little something in you… to get out there.
